John 8: 31 - 32
31 So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, "If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, 32 and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
In the last few years of my life, I had come to realize that the truth is designed to make you free and keep you free. Rather it's the truth about different situations in your life, who you are as a person, what your beliefs are, or how you treat others. No matter what the problem is, I learned to understand when I know the truth about where I'm at in my life, it keeps me free, and I'm able to move forward. Because were ever there's deceit or deception, you become bound to the lie. So. when people give you the truth and wisdom concerning you receive it. It's for your good. Because at the end of the day, the truth does not change. It's up to you how long it takes for the truth to set you free! Truth is your secret power.
